Vincent Crone
Vincent Crone is an associate professor of Media Studies at the Humanities faculty at Utrecht University. He serves since 2015 as director of education at the Department of Media and Culture Studies and has been teaching about the relationship between media, culture and society since 2001.
He is actively involved in various educational innovation initiatives: as a member of the programme council of Educate-it, the board of the Teaching Academy Utrecht University and, at the Center for Academic Teaching, as a Senior Fellow.
As Senior Fellow, Vincent is involved in the development and training of starting teachers in the humanities and researches the possible differences in the development of teachers within different disciplines.
