Help needed from starting academic teachers (no BKO, <1 year BKO)!

If you are a starting academic teacher (no BKO, <1 year BKO) at Utrecht University or UMC Utrecht, we need your help. By filling out a short questionnaire (10-15 minutes) you can help us gain more knowledge about self-efficacy and professional development goals of academic teachers. We use these insights to improve the support of academic teachers at Utrecht University. We welcome responses from teachers in all types of academic functions: junior teachers, temporary teachers, PhDs, postdocs, etc. Your response is valuable, because so far not enough teachers have filled out the survey.
